We can use your cad model or create a custom product for you, including the drawings, dimensions, tolerances, prototypes, fixtures, assemblies, gages, documentation, P.P.A.P., material certifications, FMEA, Process Flow, C.P.K, s.p.c. and all associated data.
C.M.M. HOLDING FIXTURE
IMAP has experience building C.M.M. check fixtures, attribute gages, and other assembly aides. In addition we have many methods of 3D printing fixtures for holding, orienting and secondary assembly. We offer validation reports and designs, and our high quality products are built fast.
PRODUCTION PLASTIC INJECTION MOLD
IMAP has molds in production in the USA built to your specification with steel materials such as H-13, P-20, S-7, and can provide steel certificates and imported steel.
MOLDING SECONDARY OPERATIONS
IMAP can handle all your secondary needs such as painting, vacuum metalizing, testing, and assembly. We have the space, labor, and organization required for your assembly.
3D LASER SCANNING AND REVERSE ENGINEERING
IMAP uses 3d laser scanning to recreate parts from models and to validate part geometry as made. Our company is great at taking your out of stock service part and recreating inventory in low quantities at the least about of cost and shortest amount of time.
